Edit Flow: General

The General tab allows you to configure the basic settings of your Booking Flow, including its name, Jira space, work type, and custom fields.

General Settings

Configure the following settings:

Enabled: Enable or disable the Booking Flow. Disabled flows are moved to the Disabled Configuration section in the Booking Hub.
Name: Enter a name for your Booking Flow.
Description: Add a description to explain its purpose.
Space: Select the Jira space where booking requests will be created.
Work Type: Select the Jira work type used for booking requests.

Custom Fields

Select the Jira custom fields used to store booking dates:

Start field: Date-Time Picker field used for the booking start time.
End field: Date-Time Picker field used for the booking end time.
