Edit Flow: Permissions

ADVANCED EDITION

The Permissions tab allows Jira Administrators to delegate the management of a Booking Flow to specific users or groups.


Manage Booking Flow Permissions

By default, Jira Administrators can manage Booking Flow configurations.

To delegate this permission:

  1. Open the Booking Flow you want to configure.

  2. Click Edit Booking Flow.

  3. Open the Permissions tab.

  4. Select the users or groups allowed to manage this Booking Flow.

  5. Save your changes.

Authorized users can edit the configuration of this Booking Flow without requiring full Jira Administrator permissions.


Important

These permissions control who can manage the Booking Flow configuration. They do not replace Jira permissions for viewing or creating booking requests.
